* Understanding People and Human Nature:

1) Recognizing people for what they are – not what you think they are not what you want them to be; And people are primarily interested in themselves and not in you!

*How to skillfully talk to people:

Substitute these four words “I, me, my, mine” to “you & your family”, “friends; Benefits; advantages

When talking to others, talk about them. And get them talking about themselves.

* Make people feel Important:

1. Listening to them is the best way of making them feel important.

2. Applaud and compliment them when they deserve it.

3. Call their names and use their pictures very often and they will love you.

4. Pause(thinking over awhile) before you answer them.

5. Use “you” and “your” not I, me, my, mine.

6. Let them know you know they are waiting to see you.

7. Pay attention to everybody in a group.

* Agree with People:

1. Learn to agree and tell people when you agree with them.

2. Do not tell people when you disagree with them.

3. When you are wrong, admit it. “I made a mistake!”

4. Even if you are right, don’t argue

5. Refuse to fight with fighters

*People like “agree”, dislike “disagree” and don’t like being disagreed with.

*Listen to People:

1. Look at the person who is talking

2. Lean towards the speakers and listen intently.
